All charges, including visit fees and repair costs, are clearly communicated in advance. There are no hidden charges, and customers are informed before any additional work is carried out.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been successfully completed. However, in cases where the issue remains unresolved or the service cannot be completed, a partial or full refund may be considered after proper evaluation.

4. Service Warranty
